Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (Pacific Time ["PT"]) on Monday, October 10, 2011, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on Sunday, February 26, 2012.
Must be a lawful permanent U.S. citizen and resident residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of the official time and date of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where restricted or prohibited by law.

Only one entry per person per day will be accepted during the sweepstakes period.
Grand Prize: The Ultimate E! Experience trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA. The Trip consists of:
• roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) on a carrier of Sponsor's choice from the major airport closest to winner's residence in the continental U.S. to Los Angeles
• ground transportation in Los Angeles via a car rental allowance
• four (4) days / three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy; room rate and tax only)
• a Flip camera
• One Thousand dollars ($1,000) spending cash (for the winner only).
• two (2) tickets to a Chelsea Lately taping
Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] of the Grand Prize is $3,925.00. If the Grand Prize winner's current residence is located less than fifty (50) miles from Los Angeles, California, Sponsor may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, provide round trip ground transportation instead of round trip coach air transportation to the Grand Prize winner and his/her companion.
Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Prize winner will receive one (1) social occasion dress in his/her selected dress size from the Adrianna Papell for E! Live from the Red Carpet collection, from among a three-dress selection that varies by season. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $250.00. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes to be awarded is $5,000.00. Limit one Weekly Prize win per person / household / email.
