Eligibility: open only to permanent legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States (the sole state excluded being Hawaii), District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Puerto Rico, who have a dog or cat by 12:00:01 am ET on 11/28/11, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence)
