Promotion will run from November 29, 2011 at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") through January 12, 2012 at 8:59:59 PM ET. Promotion consists of an Instant Win opportunity and a random draw Sweepstakes.
Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), age 18 and older at the time of entry.

To participate in any element of the Promotion, an eligible player must first register at sharethenetwork.com (there is no fee to register). The Promotion provides registered Website members with the opportunity to win prizes as fully set forth below.
REGISTRATION: The Promotion is limited to one (1) registration per email address, per Member.
TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: Member receives one (1) entry upon enrolling in Share The Network; one (1) entry per day for signing in to Share The Network not including day of enrollment; and one (1) entry for completing any of the following referral methods: for attempting to post on Facebook; for attempting to post to Twitter; for referral through email; for printing referral cards/handouts; for submitting through address book (each friend must be a unique email address). HOW TO PLAY THE DAILY INSTANT WIN: Upon submitting a referral through any of the following methods: for attempting to post on Facebook; for attempting to post to Twitter; for referral through email; for printing referral cards/handouts; for submitting through address book (each friend must be a unique email address), Member will receive one (1) game play for each unique referral, up to five per day. The maximum number of game plays during the Promotion Period is two hundred thirty (230). If you receive a winning message, you are the winner of the prize specified, subject to verification. Follow the online instructions to claim your prize. Allow up to 4 weeks for fulfillment of prize. Limit two (2) Instant Win Game Prizes per Member during the Promotion Period. Participation is free.
Seven (7) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes are available to be awarded through a random drawing: A Sweepstakes prize consists of an Xbox 360 Console bundle including one (1) Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary© game; ARV: $339.98. Drawings will be held at the end of the promotion for referrals made during the following weeks: 11/28 – 12/3, 12/4 – 12/10, 12/11 – 12/17, 12/18 – 12/24, 12/25 – 12/31, 2011, and 1/1 – 1/7 and 1/8 – 1/12, 2012.
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize is available to be awarded through a random drawing: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize consists of a 51-inch HDTV; ARV: $1,000.00.
Daily Instant Win Prizes (to be randomly awarded): Forty-nine (49) $25 gift cards from a major retail merchant / ARV $25.
Limit two (2) Instant Win Game Prizes and one (1) Sweepstakes prize per Member. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,604.86.
