PRIZES: A total of twenty-five (25) prizes with a maximum approximate retail value of $238,996 will be awarded. Each winner will choose one (1) prize package, including tickets to an entertainment event from a Sponsor-specified list of events (subject to availability) including the following: (a) a participating 2012 Live Nation® Concert; (b) a NASCAR®-sanctioned race; (c) an NCAA college athletic game; (d) a PGA European Tour event (each such event will be referred to an as "Event" in these Official Rules). Further details regarding prize packages (including travel) are included below in these Official Rules in the Section entitled "Prize Packages". Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will be selected and each will be able to choose one prize package from the Grand Prize Tier, as set forth in the Section entitled "Prize Packages" below. Three (3) First Prize Winners will be selected and each will be able to choose one prize package each from the First Prize Tier, as set forth in the in the Section entitled "Prize Packages" below. Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will be selected and each will be able to choose one prize package each from the Second Prize Tier, as set forth in the Section entitled "Prize Packages" below.
Prize packages are subject to availability. If a requested prize package is unavailable, winners must select an alternate prize from among the remaining available prize packages.
Each prize package includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest(s) from the major commercial airport nearest winner's home to the destination city, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor), tickets to the Event and a cash prize, which may be used towards meals and ground transportation (all as specified in the Prize Package Section). Certain restrictions apply to each prize package, as set forth in the Prize Package Section. If the Prize winner lives within a 150 mile radius of city in which the selected Event will take place, winner may receive a $1,500 travel stipend (awarded as a Sponsor-specified gift card or check) in lieu of air transportation, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Live Nation Concert Event Package includes tickets for four (4) people to a select Live Nation concert of the winner's choice at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the United States during the 2012 concert season, round-trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest winner's city of origin for the winner and three (3) guests to airport location designated by Sponsor based on selected prize package, two standard hotel rooms (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights, round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and $1,000 in spending money to be provided in the form of a check or gift cards, as determined by Sponsor. Approximate prize package value of each: $8,552.
Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize package. Winners and guests must travel on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth as part of a prize package, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, including transportation to and from departure city, upgraded room accommodations, ground transfers, hotel gratuities, hotel service charges, including telephone calls, internet access and dry cleaning, incidental expenses, insurance, and room service and mini-bar charges, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature.
