open only to female individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry.
Limit: one (1) online entry per person per email address per day regardless
Prize and its approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A 3 day/2 nights trip for winner ("Winner") and one (1) guest ("Guest") to attend the Essence Black Women in Hollywood on or about February 23, 2012 (the "Event") in Los Angeles, CA (ARV: $4,700.00).Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for Winner and Guest to/from the closest commercial airport nearest to Winner's primary residence to Los Angeles (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; makeover (for Winner only) to include hair and beauty treatments, two (2) tickets to attend Event (selection of seats is at the Sponsors' sole discretion), ground transportation to/from the Event plus $500.00 AMEX Gift Card (for winner only).(tentatively scheduled for February 22 – February 24, 2012
