CODES: A Universal Product Code (a "Code") from a package of any Participating Product (defined in Rule 9 below) is required to play the Game. Codes are available on the outside of all packages of Participating Products.

TO PLAY: Complete official registration form available at www.BeOnTheField.com (the "Website"), enter your Code and follow the on-screen instructions to play the Game. Each Code may be used only once per person/email address per calendar day.

PLAY LIMIT: Five (5) plays per email address per calendar day (Eastern Time)

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: Each time that you play the Game, you are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize (see Rule 7 below).
Limit: one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Game Play.

ELIGIBILITY: This Game/Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of 12/19/11, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their respective affiliates, Judges, agents and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Parties").

GRAND PRIZE: All prize details to be confirmed by Epic: One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and three (3) guests to New Orleans, Louisiana, including round-trip, coach-class air transportation from major commercial airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to a major commercial airport near New Orleans, Louisiana; four (4) nights' accommodations (two (2) rooms; double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor; four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLVII (the "Football Game") scheduled to be held on 02/03/13 in New Orleans, Louisiana; ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/Football Game; and $500 spending money (awarded as a check made payable to winner). (If Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of New Orleans, Louisiana, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation for winner and trip participants.) Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $10,000.

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: All Grand, First and Second prizes not claimed by 03/15/12 will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing (the "Drawing"), assuming a sufficient number of entries. Each time that you play the Game, you are automatically entered in the Drawing.
