Giveaway period begins at 9 am eastern time December 15, 2011 and ends at 3 pm eastern time December 23, 2011.
Open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older, with a valid email address and a valid street address in any U.S. territory, state or the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING NEW YORK, FLORIDA, TENNESSEE, AND PUERTO RICO. P.O. boxes or APO addresses will not be accepted.
"Like" the Wirefly Facebook page, enter through the Enter to Win tab - http://www.facebook.co
Alternate Entry: For an alternate means of entry, an entrant may email his/her full name and state of residence to [email protected].
Limit one entry per person, email address, and/or household during the Giveaway Period.
Entrants can gain additional entries for each "share" or "tweet" of the Giveaway through the SnapApp Application during the Giveaway Period.
Simplexity will select potential winner(s) in an electronic randomized drawing for the grand prize, second prize and third prize. If the Wirefly Facebook page reaches 100,000 "Fans" by 3 pm eastern time on December 23, 2011, Simplexity will select potential winners for an additional grand prize, second, and third prize. The selected potential winner(s) will be notified via an email message to the email address provided in the Holiday Giveaway tab within one (1) business day after the Giveaway Period. The potential winner must complete an Affidavit and Release and any applicable tax documents provided by Simplexity within five (5) days of the date of notification to be eligible to receive a prize. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to a newly selected entrant at Simplexity's sole discretion.

Second Prize: Xbox 360® 250 GB Console with Kinect - Estimated Value: $400
