Winner Determination: Winners will be determined according to the process set forth below.

a) Voting Phase: During any Voting Phase listed in the chart in Section 4, all entrants' Submissions received during the applicable Submission Phase for each Entry Period will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at http://www.facebook.com/BlackBerry. Persons who meet the eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for the Submissions they believe have the most public appeal. Subject to the entrants' compliance with these Official Rules, the one hundred twenty (120) entrants (forty (40) entrants per Entry Period) whose Submissions received the highest number of valid votes during the applicable Voting Phase will each be deemed a finalist ("Finalist") and a potential First Prize winner. In the event of a tie in the number of votes received by an entrant, the entrant whose last vote was received first based on the date and time stamp associated with each vote, will be deemed the Finalist and potential winner. Limit: Each person may vote for any individual Submission one (1) time per day during the applicable Voting Phase. Multiple votes received from any person or email address in excess of the stated number will be void. Entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes or sabotaging other entrants' votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submissions and/or votes that: (i) appear to have been tampered with; (ii) are or suspected to be, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, fraudulent; (iii) are, or appear to be, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, the subject of fraud; (iv) otherwise appear to be intentionally or unintentionally in any manner circumventing the entry and selection process and/or undermining the integrity of the Contest mechanics as described herein. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than the stated number of Finalists, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.

b) Grand Prize Selection:

i) Finalist Video Upload Phase: During the Finalist Video Upload Phase, all Finalists will be invited to upload one (1) video ("Finalist Video") showcasing the theme of Famtastic Family Moments. By uploading your Finalist Video, you agree that your Finalist Video conforms to the Finalist Video Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below, and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Finalist Video and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Finalist Video fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Finalist Video Guidelines:
• The Finalist Video must be in 3gp, avi, m2ts, m4v, mkv, mov, mp4, mpeg, mpg, or wmv format;
• The Finalist Video must not exceed three (3) minutes in length;
• The Finalist Video must not exceed one (1) GB in size; and
• The Finalist Video cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.

Content Restrictions:
• The Finalist Video must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The Finalist Video must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest;
• The Finalist Video must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Finalist Video in this Contest;
• The Finalist Video must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
• The Finalist Video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Finalist Video must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Finalist Video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where any Finalist Video is created.

Finalists must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Finalist Video (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Finalist Video and to grant the rights set forth herein. If requested, entrant must be able to provide such permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Uploading a Finalist Video constitutes entrant's consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Finalist Video. Released Parties (as defined in Section 9, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Finalist Videos; all of which will be void.

ii) Grand Prize Judging Phase: During the Grand Prize Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will review and judge each Finalist's Video based on the following criteria ("Video Judging Criteria"):

For the Finalist Video:
• Creativity/Originality (33%);
• Quality of Video and overall impression (33%); and
• Fit to the Finalist Video Theme of Famtastic Family Moments (34%)

The Finalist whose Video receives the highest score based upon the Video Judging Criteria will be the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Finalist's Video with the highest score in the first judging criterion will be selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, and continuing thereafter to the next criterion, as needed, to break the tie. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to not award the Grand Prize if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Finalist Videos.
