Prize: (1 winner) A trip for two to Miami, Florida from 2/24/12 to 2/26/12. Trip includes: round-trip air transportation on Southwest Airlines for two from the city served by Southwest Airlines nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, to Miami; hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for 3-days/nights; round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the hotel; admission to pre-selected events at the 2012 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival and $500 worth of Food Network merchandise selected by Sponsor. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on Southwest Airlines, and/or a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. If the Grand Prize Winner does not live within a 100-mile radius of an airport served by Southwest Airlines, the Sponsor will provide transportation to such airport on a carrier of the Sponsor's choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be 21 years of age or older, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must comply with all venue and tour rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. If Sponsor is unable to provide tickets for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be permitted in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Grand Prize Winner. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,800. Actual value may vary based on Grand Prize Winner’s residence. All costs, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specifically specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, including any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. All federal, state, and local taxes are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash (if non-cash prize) except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
