Meritline will give away one (1) Apple iPad 16GB (Grand Prize) and one (1) Amazon Kindle Fire 8GB (Runner-Up Prize) when they reach the goal of 60,000 fans on Facebook.
Official Rules:
1. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. You must be 18+ years of age and currently a legal permanent resident in one of the 50 US States to qualify. Winner must provide ID or proof of age.
2. PRIZING: Two (2) WINNERS: One (1) iPad 2 16GB WiFi, ARV $499.99 for one (1) Grand Prize winner. One (1) Amazon Kindle Fire 8GB, ARV $199.99 for one (1) Runner-Up Prize winner. Contract/activation not included. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prize or portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value.
3. By becoming a fan and by entering, you agree to the full rules and restrictions of sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. One entry per email account. We will be randomly choosing the winners when our Facebook has more than 60,000 fans. Meritline reserves the rights to modify or extend the period of sweepstakes for reaching the goal of 60,000 fans.
5. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties, or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and/or the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these official rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to void any entries submitted fraudulently, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and conduct a random drawing to select the prize winners from all non-suspect entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, modified, suspended or terminated, notice will be posted on the Meritline.com fan page. Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent entries to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that person's entries and that person may be disqualified. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entry, in its sole discretion, that appears to have been generated by a so-called "spam" or automated email program or via scripts and automated submission.
7. Employees, immediate family members and persons living in same household of Meritline.com and its respective parent companies, all subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible for this sweepstakes.
