Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one random drawing conducted each week of the Promotion to award one (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize entry deadline is 11:59:59 a.m. (noon) ET January 31, 2012. Grand Prizes (5 total; 1 per week [1/6/, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 and 1/31): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest to Indianapolis, IN to attend the NFL Super Bowl XLVI. Travel to occur 2/2/12 to 2/6/12 Each Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's U.S. home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room for four (4) nights, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/show, two (2) tickets to The Super Bowl XLVIX, two (2) tickets to the Pepsi Fan Jam, two (2) tickets to NFLX Fast Pass and the Taste of the NFL Party, and $200 spending money. If winner resides within 150 miles of Indianapolis, IN, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor at time of notification; no alternative travel dates are available. Game date and other events are subject to change. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights, taping, events) beyond its control. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Travel guest must be at least 8 years of age or older. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) on trip must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $9,700, depending upon winner's point of travel origin.

Instant Win Prizes: The following instant win prizes will be available to be won during the Promotion Period.

First Prizes (70 total; 2 per day): Each First Prize consists of two (2) tickets to one (1) regular-season NFL game (the "Game"). Winner may request a particular Game to attend, however, final determination of actual Game, date and seating to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. First Prize consists of game tickets only. It does not include any travel or parking. ARV: $190 each First Prize. Second Prizes (5 total; 1 per week 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30 and 2/5): Each Second Prize consists of one (1) mini fridge and a one (1) year supply of Pepsi and Frito-Lay products. The free products are awarded via coupons - - 52 coupons for one (1) Free Pepsi-Cola 12 pack product and 52 coupons for one (1) free Frito-Lay XL size product. ARV. $1,000 each Second Prize. Third Prizes (10 total; 2 per week): Each Third Prize consists of one (1) 4GB Xbox 360 Console, wireless controller, one (1) month Free Xbox Live Gold membership and 2012 EA Madden game.
