Prizes: UP TO FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE (15,963) GRAND PRIZES (UP TO NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE (939) PER ENTRY PERIOD): A large Papa John's pizza with one (1) topping, awarded in the form of a unique, one-time use Promo Code emailed to winner. Approximate Retail Value: $10.
For all Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and delivery fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and the time at which each entrant participated. Limit: One (1) prize per day per Entry Period per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $159,630.

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes via the purchase method and Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes via the alternate online method of entry. The time displayed on the entrant's computer is not the controlling time and will not affect whether the entrant wins a prize.
Eligibility: Papa John's 46 Second Pizza Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry or prize claim. Employees, officers, and directors of A) Papa John's International, Inc. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, B) National Football League ("NFL"), its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents representatives (collectively, "NFL Entities"); and C) third-party partners or entities involved in the creating, administration or supply to this Sweepstakes, including ePrize, LLC and Fleishman-Hillard, and their respective affiliates, assigns or representatives are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:

b) Online Entry Without a Purchase: To participate without making a purchase or placing an order, during any of the Entry Periods of the Promotion Period, visit http://papajohns.promo
Limit: You may receive up to one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per day per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entry will be awarded to the primary individual listed on the Papa Rewards Program account, or to the person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to place the order, not to multiple individuals who utilize the same account or email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the account or to place the order or enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
