THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AND/OR "AGREEMENT") detail the terms and conditions for playing Santa Run holiday game.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before playing Santa Run. By entering/playing this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

The Promoter (Iskin Inc.) allows the participant (player) to play the promotional holiday Santa Run game for free and the highest 3 scores will be given prizes outlined below.

By participating in the promotion, the player, hereby releases the Promoter from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to the acceptance of any prizes in connection with your participation in the promotion.

Fair Play Guidelines: It is important that everyone has fun and plays according to these Terms & Conditions. Certain systems and processes will be in place to ensure fair play. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any player or adjust any points totals that it deems, at its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or in breach of these Terms & Conditions or Fair Play guidelines.
Prizes will be awarded only if the potential Winning Player (defined below) fully complies with these Rules. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable.
No substitutions or cash redemptions will be permitted.
Eligibility

The Game is free to play.

Only one profile can be created per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited. In the event that multiple accounts for an individual are identified we reserve the right to remove his name from the game.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent and affiliate companies, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employees, officers and directors are not eligible.

Disputes

Subject to applicable law, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Provence of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants" rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the Provence of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

Promotion Period

The playing period for the Santa Run Game will begin on December 1, 2011 at 1201 AM EST and end on December 24, 2011 at 11.59 PM (the "Promotion Period").
