1.Promotion Period: The Bridgestone Performance Moments Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 2, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 22, 2012 ("Promotion Period").

3.Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 23, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency ("judges") at its offices in Melville, NY USA. The decisions of judges and Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC (the "Sponsor") are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4.Prizes: Grand Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip to the 2012 Super Bowl XLVI from February 2, 2012 through February 6, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN USA for winner and one guest. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major U.S. or Canadian airport nearest to Grand Prize winner's residence to Indianapolis, IN (airport and carrier to be determined by Sponsor) ; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room accommodations for four (4) night/five (5) day stay, two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl XLVI and USD$1,000, awarded in the form of a gift card for the winner (issuer of gift card to be determined by Sponsor; gift card is subject to terms of use and expiration date, where lawful).
