Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 5:00:00 p.m. PT on 1/2/12 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PT on 3/19/12 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period consists of eleven (11) separate and distinct Sweepstakes Periods – ten (10) Weekly Sweepstakes Periods and one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. (mid-night) PT and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. PT (except for the first day of the Promotion Period [1/2/12], which begins at 5:00:00 p.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT).
Eligibility: "The Bachelor Ultimate Getaway Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 1/1/12.

Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prizes and Ten (10) Weekly Prizes are available.
Grand Prize #1 (1 winner): Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Trip prize consists of: roundtrip economy air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's legal U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor) to Salt Lake City, UT; three (3) nights' accommodations at Waldorf Astoria Park City in a one-bedroom suite; three (3) days of skiing and equipment rentals at Canyons Resort; one (1) couples spa treatment at Golden Door Spa; one (1) private ski lesson for two; one (1) sleigh ride throughout Canyons Resort; daily lunch at Red Tail Grill at Canyons; one (1) dinner at Talisker on Main in Old Town Park City; one (1) dinner at The Farm at Canyons Resort; and ground transportation to and from the Salt Lake City airport and hotel. ARV of Grand Prize #1: $3,660.00.
