NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: AARP: Win & Do Good: Cabot Cruise Contest and Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of AARP, ePrize, LLC, Cabot Creamery Cooperative, and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The Promotion consists of two (2) parts: a Contest (the "Contest") and an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game").
2. Sponsor: AARP, 601 E Street, NW, Washington, DC 20049. Administrator: ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Timing: The Promotion begins on January 6, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Instant Win Game will be available during the duration of the Promotion Period. The Contest consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.
10. Prizes:
Contest: SEVEN (7) WINNER PRIZES: The opportunity to have the Sponsor donate up to $5,000 to the charity of the winner's choice (charity subject to Sponsor's approval). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of donation: $5,000.
The seven winners will receive a $1,000 donation to their charity of choice upon being selected a Winner. They can then win an additional $4,000 donation, through the voting phase, where one (1) vote for them will equal $5 for their charity. The maximum total amount for the charity of the Winner's choice, including the initial donation and the amount achieved through votes, is $5,000.
The seven winners will also receive a Celebrity Cruises travel certificate redeemable for a seven (7) night Alaskan cruise vacation for two (2) persons departing from Seattle, WA on September 14, 2012 and one (1) night hotel accommodations in Seattle, WA at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy). ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (137) FIRST PRIZES: Two (2) $25 American Express gift cards (a $25 American Express gift card for winner and a $25 American Express gift card to share with charity of winner's choice). ARV: $50. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person. Total ARV for Instant Win Game Prizes: $6,850.
