ELIGIBILITY: The Sam's Club Big Game Day Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sam's West, Inc., Rockfish Interactive Corporation ("Rockfish") and American Sweepstakes Company, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.The Sam's Club "Big Game Day" Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of 50 United States (including D.C.) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins on 12/27/11 at 11:01 EST am, and ends on 2/6/12 at 11:01 EST am. Membership not required for entry.
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize, upon confirmation of eligibility of the potential Grand Prize Winner, will consist of the following:

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Sam's West Inc., 2101 SE Simple Savings Dr., Bentonville, AR 72716 (the "Sponsor") and administered by American Sweepstakes Company, 300 State St. Suite 402 Rochester, NY 14614 (the "Administrator").
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
TWO WAYS TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 27, 2011 and ends at 11:01 a.m. EST on February 6, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Administrator computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
1) Online – Existing Sam's Club Members can enter the Sweepstakes online by visiting www3.samsclub.com/meals/events. Upon signing in and completing the Sweepstakes registration form, the entrant will receive one (1) valid Sweepstakes entry per membership.
OR
2) Mail-in Card – Entrants can handwrite their full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Sam's Club Big Game Day Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 6, 2012, and received by February 10, 2012. The postmark date will be the entry date. Each valid mail-in entry received will count as one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Mechanical reproductions will be void. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per email address during the Promotional Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about February 16, 2012. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone (a message will not be left) and/or by email and after initial contact, will receive a USPS mail package of prize confirmation. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.
