Timing: begins on January 5, 2012 at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 28, 2012 at 9:00 AM ET
Limit: one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded) who are 13 years of age or older

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (such guest must be a parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence) to New Orleans, LA ("New Orleans") where the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner's guest will go on a haunted house tour (the "Event). The details of the Event shall be determined by Sponsor at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. The trip will consist of round trip coach air transportation (for two (2) people) to and from the major airport nearest to the prize winner's primary residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for two (2) nights and ground transportation to and from the New Orleans area airport and hotel. If the prize winner's primary residence is within 100 miles of the Event, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to New Orleans and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. In such case, the total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize shall be adjusted accordingly. The Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner's guest must travel under the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. If either the Grand Prize winner or Grand Prize winner's guest is under the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence, an accompanying parent or legal guardian or a temporary guardian as designated by such parent or legal guardian (as applicable) must accompany (either as the guest of the Grand Prize winner or in addition to the Grand Prize winner's guest at such parent or legal guardian's own cost, as applicable) the Grand Prize winner and/or guest (as applicable) on the entire trip as a chaperone.
TOTAL ARV: $2,000.00
