Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") Jan 1, 2012 and ends at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Jan 31, 2012.
Offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and are aged 18 or older as of the submission date.
"Like" the BistroMD Facebook page, enter through the Shopping Spree tab - http://www.facebook.co
For extra entries the entrant may share the Sweepstakes with their friends and receive up to (3) three extra entries for each friend who enters the Sweepstakes. This is not required for entry into the Sweepstakes and is only for extra bonus entries to improve odds of winning. In order to receive extra bonus entries the friend must fill out an official entry and agree to all rules of the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) online entry per person per day regardless if entrant has more than one email address.
Prize: One (1) $500 gift certificate to the department store of the winner's choice. The winner can only select one (1) of these three (3) selected department stores as their choice: Macy's, Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus.
