Eligibility: open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a Kelly Clarkson concert on April 5, 2012 (the "Concert"). The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Ticket Provider), admission for two (2) to Kelly Clarkson's sound check, and a meet and greet with Kelly Clarkson (the "Visit") (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00).
