Timing: begins at 12:00:00 noon (ET) on January 10, 2012 and ends at 12:00:00 noon (ET) on March 27, 2012.
Limit: one entry per person per day.
Eligibility: open to individuals 21 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the United States.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day/ two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, CA for the winner and a guest to see Joan Rivers perform at a comedy show. Trip includes first class round trip airfare for two (2) from major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (double occupancy), comedy show tickets plus $1,000 spending money. (Estimated Retail Value $4,300.) Day/ time and location of the comedy show is at the sole discretion of Joan Rivers and the Sponsor, although every attempt will be made for it to be at a time convenient to the Grand Prize Winner…Trip must take place by March 30, 2013 or prize will be forfeited
