ELIGIBILITY: The Purina® Tintin & Snowy's Reveal The Hidden Treasure Instant Win Game (the "Game") is open only to dog owning legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 years of age if an AL or NE resident). Officers, directors, and employees of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, Paramount Pictures Corporation ("Paramount") and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and production agencies (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the "Promotion Parties"), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO PLAY: Look for a Game Piece ("Game Piece") inside specially-marked packages of Purina® Little Bites Dog Food and Purina® Dog Chow® brand Dog Food Complete & Balanced, available starting on or about August 28, 2011, while supplies last. Gently rub off the shaded area of the Game Piece to reveal whether you have won a prize. If you reveal a prize winning message, you are a potential winner of the prize featured on the Game Piece (subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules). If your Game Piece reveals the message "Sorry, please play again" or does not reveal any message, you have not won. To request a free Game Piece, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) postmarked by April 20, 2012 and received by April 27, 2012, to: Purina® Tintin & Snowy's Reveal The Hidden Treasure Instant Win Game, Dept. GP, P.O. Box 5032, Clinton, IA 52736-5032. Limit one request per outer postmarked envelope. No mechanical reproductions of requests will be accepted.
Prize claim directions are printed on winning instant win Game Pieces. Prize claims must be postmarked by May 31, 2012 and received by June 13, 2012. Claims postmarked after May 31, 2012 or received after June 13, 2012 are void. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for damaged, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or postage-due prize claims/mail. It is strongly recommended that participants obtain a receipt of mailing (although proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery). PRIOR TO MAILING, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD PHOTOCOPY THE GAME PIECE BEING SUBMITTED. Paramount is not responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Game Pieces, the administration of the Game, or the selection of winners.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) First Prize is available: A trip for winner and one guest including round trip coach class airfare for winner and one guest from a major airport near winner's home to Barcelona, Spain, an 8 day/7 night Mediterranean cruise for two with stops in Monte Carlo, Portofino, Rome, Sicily and Tunisia, plus 3 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations in Barcelona, Spain (to be used before cruise departs or after cruise returns, or may be split at the winner's discretion), ground transfers to/from the airport, and $1,000 cash for spending money. Winner and guest must travel together. Travel must be booked by October 15, 2012 and completed by June 30, 2013 or prize will be forfeited.
