USA Networks White Collar "On the Set" Sweepstakes ~ 3/4/12

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM ET on January 17, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 4, 2012. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time ("ET").
Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
Entry via Facebook: "Like" the White Collar Facebook page, enter through the On the Set Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
Entry via Website: http://www.usanetwork.
Limit of one (1) Entry per person per day, regardless of method of Entry, for a maximum of forty-eight (48) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize will consist of a three (3) night/four (4) day trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY. Trip will include, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion:
1) round-trip, commercial economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a major airport in or near New York, NY;
2) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from Destination Airport to and from Hotel (defined below);
3) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy) in or near New York, NY;
4) breakfast, lunch and dinner for three (3) days for Grand Prize Winner and Guest;
5): a visit for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the White Collar set, including ground transportation to and from Hotel
6) a five hundred dollar ($500) gift certificate for Grand Prize Winner to a New York spa;
7) helicopter ride for Grand Prize Winner and Guest over New York, NY; and
8) a five hundred dollar ($500) check made payable to Grand Prize Winner, or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The estimated retail value ("ERV") of Grand Prize is nine thousand and twenty five dollars ($9,025).
