Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on January 16, 2012 and ends at 12:00 am ET on March 31, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, not including non-US residents, residents of California, Utah, Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and overseas Military Installations, age 21 or older at time of entry.
VOID IN CALIFORNIA, UTAH, PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLTIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, REGULATION, RULE OR OTHERWISE. VOID FOR NON-US RESIDENTS.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive four (4) premium tickets to one (1) local sporting event in or around their city/town of residence. Tickets purchased will be for regular season NBA or MLB games only. Tickets will not be for any finals or playoff games. The Grand Prize includes car transportation to and from the sporting event; limited to 60 miles each way. Grand Prize does not include airfare transportation. Winner must provide prior notification at least10 business days before the date of event for purchasing of premium sporting event tickets and must attend the sporting event before December 31, 2012. Grand Prize ARV: $10,000.
One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a 52" 3D television. First Place Prize ARV: $2,200.
