Boost Mobile "Party Like A Celebrity" Sweepstakes ~ 2/2/12

Sweepstakes begins on January 18, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 2, 2012, at 5:00:01 p.m. ET.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and DC who are 21 years of age or older at the date of entry.

Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a 4 day/3 night "Party Like A Celebrity" trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California. Grand Prize includes:
• round trip coach air travel for winner and one (1) guest from the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (airports determined solely by Boost);
• double occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights;
• hair and make-up services at a Los Angeles salon up to a total value of $500 (no cash value);
• spa treatments at a Los Angeles spa up to a total value of $500 (no cash value);
• dinner on February 12, 2012 at a Los Angeles restaurant up to a total value of $350 (no cash value);
• a sightseeing tour by limousine around Hollywood and Los Angeles with a photographer;
• one (1) LG Marquee phone and Re-Boost cards worth two (2) months of Android Monthly Unlimited Service ($55/month value) for the winner and his/her guest; and
• a Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ( $2,500) shopping spree (awarded as a check made payable to winner).

Trip must be taken on dates specified by Boost, or trip will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel dates are anticipated to be Friday, February 10, 2012 through Monday, February 13, 2012, but subject to change as deemed necessary by Boost in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically booked as part of the Grand Prize trip under the provided budget, are not included as part of any prize package, and the sole responsibility of the winner, including, but not limited to: meals, travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Additional requirements may apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $8,930. Actual value may vary based on fare fluctuations and point of departure. Each winner must travel on the same itinerary as his/her guest. Each winner and his/her guest will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations and for any travel insurance. Each winner or his/her guest must provide hotel with a major credit card issued in one of their names to cover room security and incidental expenses, if any. Boost will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Each guest must be 21 years of age or older, and must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Each winner and his/her guest must accept and adhere to the Prize Trip Code of Conduct as described in Section 9. If a winner lives within 200 miles of Los Angeles, California (as determined by Boost), Boost reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare at its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not be awarded. If any element of the Grand Prize is cancelled, postponed or unavailable, the remaining portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded as complete and final, and no substitute compensation will be offered. All travel is subject to approval of Boost, and all prize elements will be selected and/or booked by Boost or its designee. Boost is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Boost. Total ARV of all prizes is $17,860.
