Sweepstakes begins at 5:30:01 PM Central Time ("CT") on January 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on June 27, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (specifically excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) and all provinces of Canada (excluding Quebec and all French-speaking areas) (collectively, the "Eligibility Area") who are 18 years of age or older, and are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and currently reside in (and are physically located in) the Eligibility Area at the time of entry

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL OR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT PER WEEK.
One (1) Prize Winner will receive one (1) Factory Five Racing Mk 4 Roadster Complete Kit, which is composed of the following components: body, chassis, suspension and interior, plus one (1) Ford Racing 5.0L Coyote crate engine, one (1) Ford Racing 6 speed transmission and one (1) rear-end assembly, brakes, four (4) tires and four (4) Weld Racing forged wheels (collectively, the "Kit"). Prize also includes one (1) Matco Tool box with assorted hand and power tools, one (1) Summit Racing engine stand and one (1) engine lift, plus an assortment of Royal Purple synthetic motor oil, transmission fluid and radiator coolant. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL PARTS REQUIRED TO ASSEMBLE THE KIT. PRIZE WINNER MAY NEED TO ACQUIRE OTHER PARTS IN ORDER TO FULLY ASSEMBLE THE KIT. The approximate retail value of the prize is: $50,000 USD.
The potential winner must take delivery of the prize on August 15, 2012 at RTM Productions, Inc., 130 Southeast Parkway Court, Franklin, TN 37064 or potential winner may choose, at his or her expense, to have the prize shipped to a location designated by the potential winner. If potential winner fails to pick up or arrange shipment of the prize by August 15, 2012, potential winner will forfeit prize and RTM will award prize to an alternate winner chosen by RTM from remaining eligible Entries. By accepting the prize, the winner waives (a) the right to assert, as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption, travel to redeem said prize, costs associated with acquiring other parts required to fully assemble the kit that are not provided as part of the prize, or shipping costs; and (b) any and all liability that might arise from redeeming, seeking or using said prize. By accepting prize, the winner accepts sole responsibility for assembling, titling and registering the prize, and for ensuring the prize and/or any and all components of the prize comply with all applicable laws, municipal codes and regulations, including without limitation his/her state and local motor vehicle regulations, including any safety and emissions regulations.
