THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN AND RESIDE IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

To Enter: Online Method: Complete the electronic entry form with all information requested between January 4, 2012 6:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and no later than March 31, 2012 8:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period") on the Cunard Line website located at www.FeelFamousCunard.com, you will be entered into the Cunard's Famous Transatlantic Crossing Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, you hereby agree that you have read and will be bound by the Sweepstakes' Official Rules ("Rules"). For purposes of these Sweepstakes, "receipt" of an Internet entry occurs when the Sponsor servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, crypt, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Mail-In Method: Complete the mail-in entry form ("Mail-In Form") located on your Cunard Mailing with all information requested between January 4, 2012 and no later than March 25, 2012 and mail-in prepaid, pre-addressed entry form postcard to Cunard Line, PO Box 902, Valencia, CA 91380-9858. Mail-in entry forms must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2012 and received by Sponsor no later than April 7, 2012. No bulk mailings, each Mail-In Form must be submitted separately. No facsimiles, hand written or mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete, Mail-In Form entries. By entering, you hereby agree that you have read and will be bound by the Sweepstakes' "Rules". All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules in order to qualify for the prize. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person/postal mail/email address regardless of entry method. Individuals may not register more than once using a different email or postal address. REFER-A-FRIEND ADDITIONAL ONLINE ENTRIES: Online Entrant can receive additional entries by referring a friend to the Sweepstakes. To refer a friend, enter the email addresses of up to five (5) people you know, at www.FeelFamousCunard.com, who will receive an email about the Sweepstakes, at the initial entry confirmation page. Entrant will receive one (1) refer-a-friend entry (Refer-A-Friend Entry) per valid, unique, email address submitted. Limit of five (5) Refer-A-Friend Entries per entrant/email address for a limit of six (6) entries total per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes. Entrant must personally know each person referred. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of the Sweepstakes Website during the Sweepstakes Period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet or at the Sweepstakes Website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Sweepstakes, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.


Prize Description: There will be one (1) winner ("Winner"). The prize is one (1) seven (7) day Transatlantic Crossing for one (1) Winner and one (1) Guest ("Guest") between New York, New York and Southampton, England. One (1) night double occupancy hotel accommodations for one (1) Winner and one (1) Guest in either Southampton England, or in New York, New York (depending on city of embarkation); two (2) roundtrip coach airfare tickets on same itinerary from the International Airport near Winner's home residence in the 50 United States to either JFK Airport or London Heathrow Airport (depending upon point of embarkation) and return from either JFK Airport or London Heathrow Airport (depending upon point of return) to a major commercial airport near Winner's home residence for Winner and Guest. Flight itinerary and airline selection at the sole discretion of Sponsor; private motor coach ground transportation between airport and ship port for Winner and Guest; Balcony Category (B4) Stateroom, double occupancy accommodations and dining in the Britannia Restaurant for two (2) persons. One (1) complimentary bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne in stateroom, upon arrival on board Queen Mary 2 and two (2) complimentary Canyon Ranch SpaClub® treatments and access to the spa's Aquatherapy pool facilities during the duration of the voyage. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $$8,910 USD, depending on date of voyage. Actual value may vary based on seasonal fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Any difference in actual value and ARV will not be awarded. Meals, in-room or other incidental charges at lodging including but not limited to mini-bar, movies, telephone calls, gratuities, luggage fees, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and Guest must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be completed by December 30, 2012, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof, including flight and hotel, will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, cruise activities, and all other prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and Travel Guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or confirmation of travel occurs. Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. passport) required for travel. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the Cunard passage contract. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to embark winner or cruise Guest, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, winner or cruise Guest, or any minor or other person in winner or cruise Guest's care during the cruise, are unfit for any reason for the cruise.


WHO MAY ENTER: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of Carnival plc trading as Cunard Line ("Sponsor"), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees or Guest artists; (b) officers, employees or agents of any organizations directly involved with this Sweepstakes; (c) immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) (b) and (c) above. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or around April 10, 2012 at 24303 Town Center Drive, Valencia CA, 91355 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all respects.


Claiming Prize: Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the value of the prize. As a condition of winning Prize, the Winner must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release ("Document"), where permitted by law, and any other applicable forms required by a taxing authority, within (48) forty-eight hours of receipt of written prize notification, or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Further, an alternate Winner may be selected and the Prize will be forfeited, if the Notice of Prize Winning is returned as non-deliverable, or if Winner and /or Guest is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, further, by accepting Prize, the Winner consents to Sponsor use (or non-use) of Winner's and Guest's name, photograph and/or likeness, photograph, address, image, voice, biographical information, and statements made by or attributed to them, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, digital, rich media, internet and worldwide web), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities and media and other activities and communications, without additional compensation in their sole discretion, unless prohibited by law. Winner and Travel Guest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Cunard Passage Contract. In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. As used in this Sweepstakes, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential Winner who entered through the online method may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.


Notification: Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or around April 13, 2012. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. All documents must be returned in the postage-prepaid envelope provided, within (48) forty-eight hours of first attempted notification or Prize will be forfeited. If any correspondence from the Sponsor or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.


Privacy: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is located at www.Cunard.com/legal. By participating in Cunard's Famous Transatlantic Crossing Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to the collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.cunard.com/legal.


Choice of Law and Forum: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Cunard's Famous Transatlantic Crossing Sweepstakes and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules shall take place in Los Angeles California, U.S., in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and shall be referred to anurlhasbeenblockedlved by a single arbitrator appointed under the Rules, and in accordance with the procedures of the American Arbitration Association, which rules and procedures are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.


Release: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree, and by accepting Prize, Winner agrees, to release Carnival plc trading as Cunard Line and its parent, affiliates, sister companies, directors, officers, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, printers, and distributors (collectively "Promotion Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, receipt, ownership or use of any Prize awarded, including but not limited to any travel related thereto, or any typographical or other error in these Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should fraud or any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances shall entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Entrants agree that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
