Introduction: John Wiley & Sons, Inc., ("Frommers.com) ("Sweepstakes Sponsor") is offering this promotion (the "Sweepstakes") open to frommers.com users only. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old. John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Frommers.com, ePrize, the prize sponsor, and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning in this particular drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), January 1, 2012, and ends at 11:50 p.m. ET, February 29, 2012, (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: Go to http://www.frommers.com/win and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

For all entries: LIMIT: one (1) entry per person per day. All entries must be received online during the Promotion Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sweepstakes Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Drawings: Prize Drawing: The Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about March 8, 2012. All drawings will be conducted on Sweepstakes Sponsor's behalf by ePrize, an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to Sweepstakes Sponsor, within ten (10) business days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three days (72 hours) after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.

If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by mail or telephone in order to win the prize.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for entering through Frommers.com is a five night trip for two to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare to/from St. Thomas for two people from anywhere in the Continental U.S.; 5-night hotel stay in a Beachfront room with daily breakfast at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, St. Thomas; a Swim with Turtles half-day snorkel sail trip on board Bolongo's 53' catamaran Heavenly Days; and $300 in dining certificates.


All arrangements are subject to availability and double occupancy for two adults. Accommodation and air travel blackout dates may apply and are subject to change without notice. Prize must be booked at least 30 days prior to travel departure date for travel no later than March 30, 2013.


Estimated Retail Value: $4,430.75


Prize Restrictions:


Winner and companion must travel together on the same flights.


Prize must be redeemed by February 15, 2013 and travel must be completed by March 20, 2013.


Tickets are non refundable and non transferable.


Air transportation to be provided from nearest major city and the cost of two tickets is not to exceed $1500 total. Air carrier and fare to be booked at the discretion of the United States Virgin Islands Department of Tourism.


Air travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to travel departure date.


Dining certificates must be requested at least 30 days prior to trip departure date.


All arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking.


All government and airport taxes, surcharges, service fees, gratuities and transfers are not included.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.


Blackout dates apply, including major US holidays: Easter (April 8, 2012), Memorial Day (May 25-28, 2012), Fourth of July holiday weekend (July 2-4, 2012). Labor Day (August 31 - September 3, 2012), Thanksgiving period (November 22-25, 2012), Christmas period (December 22, 2012 - January 1, 2013), Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend (January 19-21, 2013), and President's Day Weekend (February 16-18, 2013). Additional blackout dates may apply.


Hotel may have additional restrictions for redemption of prize; hotel accommodations subject to availability.


Any airline and travel agent change fees that result from changing travel dates of prize after initial booking and issue of tickets are the responsibility of the prize winner.


Accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Winner and Guest must be 18 years of age when Liability Release is executed. Winner and guest must travel together. All Trip and prize details (including, but not limited to hotels, room, and/or transportation) will be designated solely by Sponsor, and may be changed without notice at any time based on Sponsor's sole discretion.


Booking restrictions apply and due to capacity controlled seating, flexibility of travel dates may be necessary. Once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed. The selected entrant and his/her traveling companion must have the same origin and destination and must travel together at all times. The Prize winner and his/her traveling companion will be responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize, including but not limited to, any government or airport taxes, carrier surcharges, service charges, local transportation including air or ground transportation from the winner's home to the airport, overnight accommodation prior to or following the travel dates in order to accommodate flight connections, income taxes, insurance, passport and visa costs, gratuities, meals and beverages not included as part of cruise, incidentals and any items of a personal nature. Cancellation insurance is not part of the Prize, but is recommended. Winner is responsible for procuring adequate documentation for travel. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, for any destination. Any expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel and restrictions will apply.

Sponsor is not responsible for additional entertainment, taxes and any or all fees. Any cancellation will be assessed to the winner for all applicable cancellation fees associated with the hotel. No substitutions. Trip is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, such as personal ground transportation, in-flight entertainment, travel related taxes, income taxes, personal expenses, incidentals, expenses caused by flight interruption. This prize has no cash, redemption or barter value. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted. Other restrictions and conditions of travel apply. Photo ID's and Valid passport will be required for travel and will be verified upon check-in. Parties must travel together. Restrictions and blackout dates apply. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees emaciated with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value.


Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sweepstakes Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sweepstakes Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Frommers.com, ePrize, LLC., the prize sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

Limitations of Liability: Sweepstakes Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sponsor Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Michigan or the appropriate Michigan State Court ; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.
