In the rules it says the Mastercard expires in three months. I double-checked this on my up2Urewards account and it does say the expiration date is in November. I really hope it doesn't disappear in a week...has this happened in the past?



From what I've read in earlier posts where people had the same problem as you, it sounds like the best course of action is to email disputes@getup2U.com if you want a fairly quick response (24hrs or so). Don't use the support email on up2u's main page. HTH!

That's odd, i called and she told me to email support.. What did she ask you?

I called the # on the Wiki- she asked for my email, login, and name & DOB, had me go through and re-enter everything in all caps, and it went through. She said city names should be spelled out ( example- Saint Louis, not St. Louis) and country should be listed as 'US'. I tried it that way and it worked like a charm- good luck!

Hmm.. ok she had me do the same but it gave me a yellow bar with nothing inside so i wasn't sure what was going on.

Hi, has anyone else having problems logging into the Camel website? I couldn't get in yesterday or today. The page loads and I put my log-in info there and as soon as I hit enter the page pops up as "page cannot be displayed" No amount of refreshing or starting over seems to help. Anyone else having troubles with it? Thanks.
