begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 3, 2012
open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, who
reside within thirty (30) miles of an Outback Steakhouse location*, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older
submit an essay with a maximum of 500 characters (the "Essay) stating why you would like Outback to help coordinate your marriage proposal.
You may only enter one (1) time during the Contest Period.
PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Grand Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize of an "Outback Valentine's Day" prize package will be awarded to each Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize package includes: (a) assistance with coordinating the marriage proposal at an Outback Steakhouse location located within thirty (30) miles of his/her residence; (b) free dinner for two (2)
at the respective Outback Steakhouse location on the day of the proposal; (c) free flowers to be provided to the Grand Prize Winner's significant other on the day of the proposal; and (d) a photographer to take photographs of the proposal itself, along with copies of the photos that were taken. The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of each Grand Prize is four hundred dollars $400.
The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Contest is $1,200
