3. ENTRY: During the period commencing at 12:01 P.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST"), February 16, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. EST, February 20, 2012 ("Entry Period"), you may enter by: (1) signing into your Twitter account ("Account") or, if you are not already a member, becoming a member of Twitter.com and signing into your account; and (2) tweeting (using your Twitter account) about why you believe your town should be one of the first to get Doritos® Locos Tacos® before anyone else; along with #DoritosLocosTacos exactly and the following unique term ("Term") in your tweet message: "#Contest" ("Tweet") and you may also add a photo ("Photo") or video ("Video") to your Entry, but it is not required (collectively, "Entry").

5. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: a visit from the Doritos® Locos Tacos® truck which will dispense one (1) Doritos Locos Taco for a maximum of four thousand (4,000) people (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" of tacos $4,000, but note, winner does not personally receive the prize). The date, time, and location of the visit from the Doritos® Locos Taco® truck, and all other details relating to the Grand Prize, shall be determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner acknowledges and agrees that the event featuring the visit from the Doritos® Locos Taco® truck may be recorded and/or filmed by Sponsor or its agents and Grand Prize winner agrees to assist Sponsor and its agents in obtaining releases from those attending the event, if requested by Sponsor. While Sponsor will attempt to schedule the visit from the Doritos Locos Truck prior to the March 8, 2012, Entrants acknowledge and agree that the date of the visit from the Doritos Locos Taco truck may occur after March 8, 2012. Two (2): Second Place Prizes: a $1,000 Taco Bell® Gift Card (ARV: $1,000). One Thousand (1,000) Third Place Prizes: a Taco Bell® $5 Gift Card. ARV: $5. Total ARV of all prizes: $11,000. Prizes will be delivered with 8 – 10 weeks from receipt of all required documentation. Limit one (1) prize per person/Twitter Account.. All terms and conditions of gift cards apply. Prizes may not be sold or transferred, and if the prize is prohibited because of municipal, state or other laws and regulations, Sponsor will give winner the cash equivalent. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except that Sponsor may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Grand Prize must be validly claimed within 24 hours of notification. The Second Prizes and Third Prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed within 72 hours of notification after which unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
