Prize: (1 winner) Private acoustic concert from Dierks Bentley for 100 of their friends in their hometown. (ARV $7,000)
If for any reason any prize-related portion of the Grand Prize is unable to be fulfilled, the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, but are not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in their discretion and shall award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash prize equivalent to the ARV of the Grand Prize. The date for fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be before December 31, 2012, and such date is subject to change in MTVN's sole discretion.
