Promotion starts 2/5/12 at 7pm ET. and ends 2/18/12 at 11:59pm ET.
Open to legal US residents 18 years of age or older.

According to the GE Facebook page, there are different codes depending on how you watch the ad.
Here's a couple of the codes: GEFRG (from the YouTube video) and GEWRX (from the Super Bowl ad)
One sweepstakes entry/instant win game play per person, per day.
One Grand Prize: GE Cafe Kitchen Makeover that consists of GE French Door or Side-by-Side Refrigerator, GE oven or range, GE dishwasher, select appliances and $20,000 in cash. Total ARV between $28,496 and $29,296.
(966) Instant Win Game Prizes:
(7) GE French Door Refrigerator ARV: $2,999 each
(7) GE Cafe Dishwasher ARV: $1,449 each
(14) Cooking School/Cooking Classes awarded as a $500 Visa pre-paid gift card
(28) Set of cookware awarded as a $300 Visa pre-paid gift card
(70) $100 in organic groceries awarded as a $100 Visa pre-paid gift card
