FIAT® Score a Scorpion Giveaway ~ 3/14/12 (Facebook)

Promotion starts on February 5, 2012 at 6:30 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 4, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

Offered only to legal residents in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

To enter the Promotion, the Entrant must first register by entering the information requested on the Page, including his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state and zip code.

To gain entries into the Promotion, an Entrant must find and collect Scorpions found on various social media sites and advertisements located throughout the world wide web. To receive an entry into the Promotion as set forth below, the Entrant must go to a Scorpion Site, find and click on the Scorpion, which will then open the Page and confirm the receipt of an entry. Hints will be posted on www.facebook.com/FIATUSA to aid Entrants. For each Scorpion found as set forth above, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion in accordance with the following schedule:

To be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing, an Entrant must collect at least five (5) Scorpions. For every Scorpion collected beyond five (5), the Entrant will receive an additional entry in the Grand Prize Drawing.
An Entrant is limited to a maximum of eight (8) total entries into the First Prize Drawing during the entire Promotion Period.
An Entrant may not receive more than four (4) total entries into the Grand Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period.
Any entry received after March 4, 2012 shall not be accepted. Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void. If it is discovered that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once per day using multiple e-mail address, Facebook® address, or multiple identities, all of the Entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize he/she might have been entitled to will not be awarded.

On or around March 6, 2012, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential First Prize Winners from among all eligible entries received into the First Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period. Then, Sponsor will select three (3) potential Grand Prize Winners from among all eligible entries received into the Grand Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period. Each Entrant is limited to a maximum of one (1) First Prize per household, regardless of the number e-mail addresses or Facebook® accounts used to enter the Promotion. All Prize Winners are deemed potential Prize Winners pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant's eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as determined by Sponsor.

Grand Prize (3): Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive a 2012 FIAT® 500 ABARTH vehicle. Vehicle will be delivered to winner through a FIAT® Dealer closest to the Grand Prize Winners' residence, selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion ("Delivery Site"). Each Grand Prize winner must retrieve his/her Grand Prize from the Delivery Site within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice of its availability at the delivery site Grand Prize winner is responsible for transportation costs to Delivery Site. No other delivery option will be available. Subject to availability, each prize will be delivered approximately 180 days from final verification of each Grand Prize Winner's eligibility (as further described below in Section 6 and otherwise in these Official Rules). Grand Prize Winners are responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. Any costs incurred for additional features/options/upgrades added to the Grand Prize by a Grand Prize Winner will be the responsibility of that Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize Winner must present his/her valid U.S. driver's license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to prize delivery. Prize details and availability are subject to change. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery of the grand prize and delivery is subject to availability. Prize is non- transferable, and no cash substitutions permitted. No more than three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. ARV of each Grand Prize is: $22,700; the total ARV of all Grand Prizes is: $68,100.

First Prize (10): Ten (10) First Prize Winners will receive a FIAT® ABARTH Gift Pack, which consists of the following: One (1) ABARTH Tracker Sign, One (1) Scorpion Pin, One (1) ABARTH Hat, One (1) ABARTH Mug, One (1) ABARTH T-shirt, One (1) FIAT® Wristwatch, One (1) FIAT® Messenger Bag, and One (1) Die-Cast. ARV of each First Prize is: $202.95; the total ARV of all First Prizes is: $2,029.50.

Total ARV of all available Prizes in the Promotion is: $70,129.50.
