Eligibility: Mazzio's LLC Spin Wizzard Online Game 2012 (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
The Promotion begins on January 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time ("CST") and ends on April 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "Promotion Period")
Limit: Each participant may enter/play up to one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded randomly and will be as follows: Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen gift cards, coupons, vouchers or certificates.
- $100 Gift Cards: 10 will be available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100.
- $50 GC: 20 will be available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50.
- $25 GC: 120 will be available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25.
- Free Large Specialty Pizza: 130 will be available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15.
- BOGO 1-topping large pizza: Unlimited number available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $14.25.
- Free dessert pizza with any food purchase: Unlimited number available during Promotion period. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4.50.
Limit: One (1) Online Game Prize per person per day.
