Limit of one sweepstakes entry per person during the Promotion Period on the QVC Community Page.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip from April 1, 2012 to April 4, 2012 for winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York. Trip includes two (2) roundtrip economy class air travel for winner and one (1) guest between the major U.S. gateway airport near winner's home (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a New York, New York airport (airport to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a New York area hotel (hotel to be determined by sponsor in its sole discretion); round-trip ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel; two (2) VIP invitations to Food & Wine's Best New Chefs event scheduled to take place on April 3, 2012 ("VIP Event"); dinner with David Venable on April 2, 2012 at a New York City restaurant (restaurant determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,000.00 cash or cash equivalent for trip (i.e. gift card, with the issuer gift card being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Grand Prize winner will also receive $1,000.00 to be used towards any taxes associated with receiving the prize.*
*Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with winning the prize. QVC makes no representation or warranty that the monies provided as part of the prize will satisfy the entire tax burden incurred by winner in receiving the prize
