UPDATE - there is a Majorgeeks app you have to allow. The giveaway page is shown in the pic below. You send off for a license and get one emailed to you. I am assuming if you later disable the app the license will still be good.

It's confusing for sure as they have these giveaway that are drawings but this one looks like a giveaway for everyone who enters.
