Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on November 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on March 30, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to San Francisco, California. Trip consists of:
• round-trip first-class air transportation (from major airport near winner's home within the U.S.) for winner and his/her guest,
• double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights,
• ground transportation to/from winner's home and major airport near winner's home,
• ground transportation to/from airport and hotel while in San Francisco,
• spa services for winner and winner's guest (up to $350.00 per person),
• two (2) $500.00 Visa® Gift Cards (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer), and
• $4,000.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner).
Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline or any prize-related events) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations, beyond its control. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Travel must be completed by July 31, 2012. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner's parent or legal guardian. A minor child may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor's parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Once a travel guest is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to San Francisco, ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Actual retail value depends on city, day, and time of departure. Approximate Retail Value: $12,367.00. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize may be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize permitted. However, Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
