Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on February 15, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on March 15, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia and who are registered members of www.ebay.com at the time of entry.
There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: online and via U.S. Mail.
Online: Go to http://www.ebay.com/mtr/garage, click the "Get Started" button and sign on to eBay with your eBay User ID and password. Once you have successfully logged in, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes each time you create a vehicle profile that will exist in your "garage" on eBay Motors My Vehicles during the Promotion Period.
Limit up to five (5) vehicle profiles per eBay user ID and/or per person during the Promotion Period.
Additional Entries: You will receive one (1) additional entry in the Sweepstakes each time your vehicle profile page is viewed during the Promotion Period. Limit up to ten (10) entries per eBay User ID and/or per person per week via this method of entry.
Online entries must be received by dates/times stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below in order to be entered in a Weekly Drawing. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on March 15, 2012 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.
By U.S. Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, eBay User ID, date of birth, email address (optional) and daytime telephone number on a 3" X 5" card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: eBay Motors Vehicle Profile Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 832, Plainview, NY 11803-0832. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by dates stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below in order to be entered in a Weekly Drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2012 and received by March 22, 2012 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit one entry per outer envelope. Each mail-in entry will count as five (5) entries in the Sweepstakes. Entrants may enter by using one of the entry methods described in these rules.
Twenty (20) potential Weekly Winners will be selected in random drawings on or about the dates stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below from among all eligible online entries received and mail-in entries postmarked and received by dates/times stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below. Entries received each week will not be eligible for subsequent Weekly Drawings. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 3/23/12 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.
WEEKLY ENTRY CHART:
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2012 Dodge® Challenger R/T. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $29,995.
Winner must have proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license in his/her state or place of residence in order to receive prize. Winner is solely responsible for title/license/registration/dealer prep/insurance/taxes/any other costs associated with this prize. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Manufacturer's guarantees & warranties apply. Actual vehicle to be provided as prize (including, but not limited to, model, make, color, year, options, and accessories) will be determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, based on availability. Image of vehicle depicted on the promotional website may not be actual vehicle awarded, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Twenty (20) Weekly Prizes awarded for five (5) weeks for a total of one hundred (100) Weekly Prizes: A $50 eBay Gift Card. ARV: $50/each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $34,995. A Weekly Winner must have or must create a United States PayPal Account in good standing in order to receive, access, and use the prize. A Weekly Prize will not be awarded to a Weekly Winner with a locked, closed or restricted account. If you are an existing PayPal customer, your prize will be deposited in the PayPal account associated with the email address you provided. If the email address you provided is not associated with your PayPal account, you must associate it with your PayPal account within 7 days from time of prize notification. If you do not currently have a PayPal.com account, you must create a PayPal account within 7 days from the time of prize notification to qualify.
