Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for four people to attend Live in the Vineyard in Napa, California. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for four people on Southwest Airlines from the major airport served by Southwest Airlines nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport served by Southwest Airlines nearest Napa, CA; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/quad occupancy) at Napa River Inn; four tickets to the Event,daily transportation to/from the Hotel & Event, and a winner gift bag (ARV: $3,000)

Travel will take place April 13 – April 16, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Airline tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Each winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Meals and beverages, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize Provider, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Event is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Event on the same itinerary. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner


Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks, American Top 40, or On Air With Ryan Seacrest within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
