Open Only to Legal Residents OF THE fifty (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 years of age AND WHO HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
Follow instructions to upload your photograph ("Photograph") and complete and submit the online entry form including a caption of no more than four hundred (400) characters ("Comment" to accompany the Photograph). The Photograph, Comment and entry form are collectively referred to as the "Entry". Photograph must be uploaded in compliance with the Contest requirements, in a 5+ megapixel JPEG, TIFF or GIF format. Each person who is recognizable in the Photograph must be over the age of 18, or have reached the age of majority in his or her state unless the child or legal ward of the entrant. All Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on March 31, 2012 to be eligible. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address for the entire Contest Period.
PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to winner's choice of either Los Angeles, California or New York, New York. In addition, winning Entry will be published in a future issue of Escape magazine and/or featured on the Website, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to either Los Angeles or New York, three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) at either The London West Hollywood or The London New York. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000. Travel must be booked within one (1) month of prize award and taken by December 31, 2012. Travel must be made through Sponsor's designated representative, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates apply. Winner and guest cannot travel on the following blackout dates: (i) For the London New York: May 15-18, 2012, June 4-8, 2012; and (ii) For the London West Hollywood: April 6&7, April 23-25, April 30, 2012; May 2, May 17-23, 2012, June 5-7, June 16, June 22&23, 2012.
FIRST PRIZE (2): Winning Entry will be published in a future issue of Escape magazine and/or posted on the Website, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
