Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia ("U.S.") and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER METHOD OF ENTRY
DRAWINGS/PRIZES:
FIRST PRIZES: On or about 3/12/12, a random drawing will be conducted by each participating U.S. Bass Pro Shops location's management from among all eligible entries received at that particular location. On or about 3/26/11, random drawing will be conducted by each participating Canada Bass Pro Shops location's management from among all eligible entries received at that particular location. On or about 3/26/12, a random drawing will also be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received online.
Each drawing will award the following prize: a Spring Fishing Classic Prize Package consisting of a Rapala Electric Fillet knife, a Bass Pro Shops Extreme Baitcast Reel, a Bass Pro Shops Extreme Rod, a KVD Tackle System, and a Fishing Vest. The total combined approximate retail value of the prize is US$370/CAD$445. The specific items are to be selected by Sponsor.
GRAND PRIZE: On or about 4/9/12, a random drawing will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible in-store and online entries combined to award the following prize:
(1) Grand Prize: a trip to Traverse City, Michigan for winner to fish with Mark Zona, and the opportunity for winner to film and appear in an episode of "Zona's Awesome Fishing Show". Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and winner's guest from the major U.S. commercial airport closest to winner's residence; 2 nights' standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations; use of a rental car (winner or winner's guest must be eligible and comply with rental company's terms and conditions or this portion of the prize will be forfeited); use of fishing equipment; and a US$300 Bass Pro Shops gift card. Sponsor will cover a maximum of US$2,000 in hotel and air travel costs and a maximum of US$400 in rental car costs. Winner and winner's guest (who must be at least 18 years of age) will be required to obtain any necessary fishing licenses or permits at Mark Zona Inc.'s expense, who will assist winner and winner's guest in obtaining these items. Winner and winner's guest must qualify/be eligible for such licenses and permits. If winner or winner's guest is ineligible to receive the required licenses or permits, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. Total combined approximate retail value of prize is US$10,200.
