Sweepstakes starts at 12:01:00 a.m. EDT on 2/27/2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 4/30/2012.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

One winner will receive the following Grand Prize package:
• Roundtrip air transportation for the Grand Prize winner, and one (1) human guest, to fly from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a major airport near New York City, NY (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion). Travel dates are determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and guest will travel coach class, ARV: $2,500.00.
• Two tickets to the Broadway show Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. ARV: $600.00.
• Four days /three nights' hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, at a hotel of Sponsor's choice (W Times Square or equivalent), near the location of the Broadway play. ARV: $1,800.00.
• Ground transportation to/from the hotel and airport. ARV: $200.00.
• Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750 USD) (awarded via check to the Grand Prize winner) intended to cover meals and spending money (for the Grand Prize winner only) while on the trip.ARV: $750.00 USD.
• A three night stay for one pet (dog or cat) in the PetSmart PetsHotel of the winner's choice ARV: $150.00.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $6,000.00 USD. (Actual value depends on date/time/point of departure, and any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.) Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for checked baggage fees, food and beverage (excluding those specifically included herein), gratuities, other incidental hotel expenses and all other expenses not expressly provided for in these Official Contest Rules, including any insurance. Grand Prize winner will be required to present a valid major credit card at hotel check-in to cover incidentals. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must depart from same location and must travel on the same itinerary and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor's agent at least 21 days in advance of travel. Travel subject to availability and must be completed on dates approved by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Some restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Travel must be completed before 1/31/2013. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date will be permitted after the Grand Prize trip reservation has been made. If Grand Prize winner's guest is a minor in such minor's jurisdiction of residence, then such minor must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian on the Grand Prize trip (and Sponsor is not responsible for providing such accompaniment). Winner's guest must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release prior to joining the Grand Prize trip. If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Grand Prize trip destination, then ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in trip prize value. Certain travel and security restrictions may apply and it is the responsibility of the winner and guest to comply with all travel, security and other laws and regulations that may apply to him or her (including obtaining and possession of any required ID, VISA and/or passport). It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to arrive at the designated gateway city in time for his or her flight, with proper travel documentation (e.g. passports or IDs). Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates and is not responsible for any delays or failure of winner or guest to participate in the flight for any reason.
