PRIZES: There will be one prize awarded in each city noted in the above schedule. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Zac Brown Band concert in that city. The winner will receive (2) tickets to a concert in their city. (ARV 120.00) Winner and all guest must be 21 years or older.

GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) GRAND PRIZES awarded by CMA. GRAND PRIZE is a VIP trip for two (2) to attend CMA Music Festival, held June 7-10, 2012. Package includes round-trip domestic coach airfare for winner and guest from the major commercial airport nearest to the winner's home to Nashville, TN airport, ground transportation to/from the Nashville airport, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for four (4) nights and five days in Nashville, TN, two (2) tickets to the 2012 CMA Music Festival, two (2) tickets to a private CMA Music Festival event, and a CMA Music Festival gift bag including exclusive items. If potential winner cannot attend during the dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically included are the responsibility of the winner. All travel for GRAND PRIZE to be arranged by Brown-Forman Corporation or its agency. Estimated retail value of GRAND PRIZE is three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 US). GRAND PRIZE value may vary depending on the city of origin. Brown-Forman will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, acts of God or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control prevent the prize from taking place.

FIRST PRIZE: Eight (8) FIRST PRIZES will be awarded. First Prize is a Jack & Zac Home Party Pack consisting of 12 branded pint glasses, 25 branded stadium cups, 1 branded ice tub, 1 pack replica stir sticks, 1 pack branded napkins, 10 Jack & Zac posters, 1 small (18") Mr. Jack statue, 12 branded t-shirts, 12 branded hoodies, 12 branded hats, 12 branded leather wrist bands and 2 branded ceiling danglers signed by the Zac Brown Band. Estimated retail value of FIRST PRIZE is one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,300.00).

SECOND PRIZE: Eight (8) SECOND PRIZES will be awarded. Second Prize is a Jack Daniel's electric guitar signed by the Zac Brown Band. Estimated retail value of SECOND PRIZE is six hundred seventy five dollars ($675.00).

THIRD PRIZE: Ten (10) THIRD PRIZES will be awarded. Third Prize is a Jack & Zac t-shirt signed by the Zac Brown Band. Estimated retail value of THIRD PRIZE is eighteen dollars ($18.00).

FOURTH PRIZE: Fifty (50) FOURTH PRIZES will be awarded. Fourth Prize is a Jack & Zac t-shirt. Estimated retail value of FOURTH PRIZE is eighteen dollars ($18.00).
