All Photographs contained in a Submission must be 200x200 minimum and 2000x2000 maximum in any format (jpg, png, gif, etc). Photograph description shall not exceed 200 characters. Each Submission must follow the following guidelines: a. The Submission may not contain any content that is lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or that otherwise contains inappropriate content or objectionable material as determined by Sponsor in its sole and unfettered discretion. b. The Submission must be original work, created solely by the Entrant or for the Entrant's school, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual rights of any person or entity. c. If any persons appears in the Submission, the Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to sending the Submission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the Submission by Sponsor as set forth in these Official Rules. If any person appearing in a Submission is under the age of majority in their state, country or province of residence, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release. d. The Submission must not contain any personally identifiable information of any person other than the Entrant. Should the Entrant include personally identifiable information about him/herself in his/her Submission, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such information will be disclosed publicly and Entrant is solely responsible for any consequences thereof. e. Entrants may not be, nor may Entrant work with parties in conjunction with their Submissions, who: 1) are represented under contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) that would limit or impair Sponsor's ability to display the Submissions in any media form; 2) have an acting or modeling contract that would make their appearance in the Submission a violation of any third party rights; or 3) are under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to guild and/or union memberships, that may prohibit them from participating fully in this Promotion, or from allowing Sponsor to use royalty-free, the Submission worldwide in all media in perpetuity. f. The Submission must not contain any commercial content or logos. g. The Submission may not contain any material or elements that are not owned by the Entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties. h. Submission must not have been in created prior to 2011. i. If the same Submission is entered by more than one person, the first person to submit (both date and time) will be credited for the Submission By submitting your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to these Official Rules and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Submission for any reason at any time, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. In addition, by submitting a Submission, Entrant hereby grants permission for the Submission to be posted on www.boxtops4education.com or other websites. Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of a Submission by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Submission. Entrants agree that they will not use the Submission for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Submission to any online social networks, without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.

JUDGING. Administrator will review all entries and select ten (10) finalists based on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) and the following criteria: Creativity (50%), Fun (25%), and Relevance to School Activity (25%). The ten (10) finalists will then be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the same criteria and weighting and the Submission with the highest score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes or to choose fewer than 10 winners if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules
