Nope. She says she has nothing to hide so she took the fifth. A congressman got up and started yelling at her saying she can't take the 5th because by getting up and making a statement and only telling her side, she's already entered in to the process. She looked like she was about to die. She was terrified.
The thing is, if she didn't do anything she can't take the 5th. You can't implicate yourself in something you didn't do.

Well she lied under oath before today, and if she did something illegal (like lie under oath before today) then she's facing more charges for lying under oath today. And then there's the 60 million health records the IRS illegally obtained, and then there's the financial and health records the IRS illegally leaked. I'd say she's screwed, but this IS DC we're talking about. She probably resign with another 110 thousand in bonuses (what she's gotten in bonuses alone in the last 4 years) and very nice pension for the rest of her life.
