I'm thinking we need a limit to the number of amendments a bill can have Annoyed
Seriously, if there are 300 amendments to a bill, clearly it needs to be thrown away and started from scratch.

I'll go even further and say that congress shouldn't ever vote on a bill that's more than 20 pages.

Yeah sorta. I know they need a new jury now to decide her sentence because the jury that convicted her couldn't decide on the death sentence. So they will either find a new venue and a new jury, or the prosecutor will have to drop the death penalty. That means she will get life in prison.

yeah, that's basically what i was asking if you knew about. am i the only one who thinks the hard part is over, you found her guilty, now is it really that hard to decide life or death? if the jury can't decide life or death, why the hell are even more hard-earned tax dollars going to be spent to seat ANOTHER jury, just to decide life or death? i mean geez, it's already been a 3 month trial WTF Huh

I think some of those jury members perjured themselves when they testified under oath saying they were capable of assessing the death penalty.
Either that, or they were truly incompetent and stupid enough to believe some of Arias' sociopathic lies.
