First day off of the meds, and my stomach feels great. The Ginger has been pumping me full of fermented veggies and raw milk yogurt so hopefully I'll be able to get out in the sun again once this poison ivy clears up. I need some good flora back in to my skin. There haven't been any runners or striations in 3 or 4 days so I'm thinking that everything is okay. The puffiness around the wound is gone, and I think it's healing up nicely.

yes, his life seems a never ending sequence of maladies, scavenging for food, hanging out with wife (trying to keep of PG for a change since a few new threads were opened this PM), and defending our constitutional rights. Meanwhile the rest of us to go to work or stay home.

Ouch!!

What the bloody hell is wrong with scavenging? Tonight we didn't have quite enough lettuce grown for the whole family to have a salad so we substituted with dandelion (which i prefer over lettuce any day).

And then we had fermented greens and carrots served over TJ's palenta followed by an amazing lentil soup. yummy
