Promotion begins on March 7, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET, and ends on October 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

This promotion allows an entrant to participate in (1) the $10,000 Pooled Grand Prize Drawing, (2) The Baseball Game Grand Prize Drawing, (3) the Scotts Sweepstakes, and (4) the Instant Win Game. The entry process for the Grand Prize Drawing, the Baseball Game Grand Prize Drawing, the Sweepstakes, and the Instant Win Game are combined.

Baseball Game Grand Prize Entry Period begins on March 7, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET, and ends on May 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Grand Prize:
Trip to the 2012 MLB All-Star Game and World Series. Trip package consists of two (2) round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Kansas City, Missouri; four (4) nights' (exact amount of time may change depending on flight schedule) accommodations at a hotel (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the 2012 Taco Bell® All-Star Sunday events to be held on Sunday, July 8, 2012; two (2) tickets to 2012 Gatorade®

Sponsor will determine the exact games, events, and seat locations in its sole discretion. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ACROSS ALL CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AWARDED. There may be no Grand Prize Winner from the Scotts Creative Presentation, and the Scotts Grand Prize may not be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be $10,000 in the form of a check.
