Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/8/12 and ends at 7:59 PM ET on 5/17/12.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person or email address per Weekly Entry Period (as defined below). Maximum ten (10) Entries total per person per email address.
Sweepstakes Period includes nine (9) Weekly Entry Periods and one (1) Grand Entry Period from 3/8/12 through 5/17/12.
A total of nine (9) Weekly Prize winners will be selected (one per Weekly Entry Period) in random drawings according to the prize drawing schedule above from among all Entries received for the applicable Entry Period. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 5/18/12 from among all eligible non-winning Entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries not selected for any Entry Period will be retained for the Finalist drawing.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 2013 Ford Escape and a trip for two (2) to the American Idol Finale in Los Angeles, CA on or about 5/23/12 through 5/24/12. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the vehicle is $30,370 and is based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of a base model 2012 Ford Escape. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles), three nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), admission for two (2) to the American Idol Finales, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor-selected events) and $500 cash (ARV $4,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $34,370.
Nine (9) Weekly Prizes (one per Weekly Entry Period): A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA for a Ford/American Idol Experience. Experience consists of round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winners residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles), five (5) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), admission for two (2) to the set of a Ford Music Video shoot, admission for two (2) to an American Idol show, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor selected events) and $500 cash (ARV $4,000).
Total ARV of all Prizes is $70,370. Limit: One (1) Prize per person/email or household.
Grand Prize Vehicle - 2013 Ford Escape availability is still to be determined but tentatively scheduled for mid-2012. Delivery date and time will be determined by Sponsor once 2013 vehicle is available. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner's residence. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle may differ from any prize shown in promotional materials and may not be transferred or assigned. Winner will be responsible for sales tax, registration, license, title and insurance fees and cost of any available optional equipment not provided with vehicle.
Prize Trips - All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of the prize trip not expressly listed above, including but not limited to, meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner's responsibility. The Winners and guests must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor and must travel on the same itinerary. Trip guests must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel and will be required to complete and sign a Liability Release and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If a winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. All tickets are non transferable and cannot be sold to or used by any person(s) other than the winner and the winner's designated guest. All activities are subject to change and availability. If a winner lives in the vicinity of Los Angeles, CA (in Sponsor's sole opinion) the winner will receive ground transfers in lieu of airfare, and no additional airfare prize will be awarded. If a Winner chooses to not take a travel companion, then the travel companion elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. Admission to the Ford Music Video shoots and 2012 American Idol shows/finale are subject to change and availability. In the event that the two (2) admissions for any prize trip are unavailable for any reason or if the Ford Music Video shoot or American Idol program is cancelled or postponed for that prize trip, that element(s) will be forfeited and the remaining elements for that Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize.
